Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia: Nationwide coverage.
  • United States: All 50 states.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Exceptions: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

1. Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: $10.95 or Free Shipping Over AUD$100
    • Estimated Delivery: 4-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Cost: $14.45
    • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days.

2. To the United States

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: AUD $22 or Free Shipping Over USD $75
    • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Cost: AUD $35
    • Estimated Delivery: 4-7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (US Orders)

  • For orders shipped to the United States, Adventuress Spirit does not collect US sales tax or duties.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

GST (Australian Orders)

  • No Goods & Services Tax (GST) is applicable for Australian sales.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@adventuress-spirit.com.au, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Adventuress Spirit is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.
  • Large or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout.
